Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change and strive to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please review our policy below:

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of the cancellation request.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to departure will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

In the event the Captain cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, a full refund will be issued if rescheduling is not possible.

If a client elects to reschedule their trip, the original deposit remains non-refundable.

Departure times are subject to change at the Captain’s discretion to ensure safety and optimal conditions.
